Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Kreate Ceramics, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please review the following shipping and delivery terms applicable to orders placed through our website: https://kreateceramics.in.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship orders across India. For remote or non-serviceable areas, we may contact you to make alternate delivery arrangements or issue a full refund if delivery is not possible.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Locations: 4–10 business days
Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or courier partner issues. We are not liable for such delays but will assist in tracking and resolving them.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders upto ₹499, ₹49 for orders upto ₹999
Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹999

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you make payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details will be sent to your registered email or phone number. You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the order 1-2 times. If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

We will contact you to reship the item, which may involve additional charges.
Refunds (if applicable) will be made after deducting shipping and handling charges.

6. Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at contact@kreateceramics.in.

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver to valid addresses within India.
