Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kreate Ceramics, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms for order cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support at contact@kreateceramics.in as soon as possible.
  • After Shipment:
    Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may initiate a return as per our Return Policy once you receive the product.
  • Order Cancellation by Us:
    We reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons including but not limited to:

    • Product unavailability
    • Inaccuracies in pricing or product information
    • Payment issues
    • Suspected fraudulent activity

    In such cases, you will be notified and any amount paid will be fully refunded.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request is initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Item is in damaged condition when you received it.
  • Includes original receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or made-to-order items

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you may be asked to provide bank details for NEFT transfer.

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Products returned in used or damaged condition (unless defective)
  • Shipping fees (unless the product was defective or incorrect)

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card provider—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer if it’s delayed.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@kreateceramics.in.
